Air Dispersion Modeling (ADM) and Hazardous Area Classification (HAC)

Overview: Understanding the atmospheric spread of pollutants and delineating hazardous zones are critical for environmental compliance and explosion prevention. Utilizing CALPUFF, AERMOD, and ADMS software for dispersion, alongside IP15 and API 505 standards for area classification, Arya Imen Tadbir accurately determines safe zones and mitigates emission impacts.

Key Technical Experiences & Projects:

  • Air Dispersion Modeling (ADM): Executed ADM studies for South Pars Phases 13 and 22, utility boiler stacks at Bushehr Petrochemical, and flare siting and thermal radiation analysis at Jam, Sadaf, and Pars Petrochemical complexes.

  • Hazardous Area Classification (HAC): Conducted HAC mapping studies for process units at Poly Nar Petrochemical, the Butadiene Loading Arm at Jam Sanat Karan, and applied IP15 model codes at the Shahid Hashemi Nejad Gas Refinery.

  • Safety Zoning: Recognized as the first safety engineering consultant to establish safe zones for high-pressure gas pipelines (IGAT) and determining safe zones for offshore platforms.
