Emergency Management: The results of HAZOP, consequence modeling, and quantitative risk assessment studies are used in two parts to set an emergency response plan.
On-site: Based on CCPS guidelines, muster points, emergency response areas (HOT, WARM, and COLD), and available relief times are obtained. It includes providing locations for rescue, medical, and firefighting facilities.
Off-site: To prepare an off-site response plan, the results obtained from consequence analysis and available relief information (relief routes, fire stations, hospitals) and GIS analysis are gathered in an optimized plan using ArcGIS software. Finally, emergency management software is provided including databases of on-site chemicals, pre-incident plans, modeling scenarios, and safety system maps.
